Master of Divinity (M. Div.)

Our M.Div. is a two year course taught in English. It is an intensive practical and theoretical training in the Indian context. It is designed to provide a broad biblical, theological, and practical foundation for those men entering pastoral, missionary, or other Christian education ministries. The ultimate aim is to prepare servants of God to serve the Lord and his people.

Qualification

A born again beliver with a call and commitment to the Ministry

Bachelor Degree in any discipline

The candidate should complete 80 credit hours of the curriculum with an average of 2.5 minimum which equals grade C+

A thesis of minimum 80 typed pages on selected subject approved by the academic council should be submitted. The thesis should show scholarship and originality

The candidate must complete both the oral and written comprehensive examination to the satisfaction of the academic council

Master of Bible Studies (MBS)

Our MBS is a two year course taught in English. It is an intensive practical and theoretical training in the Indian context. It is designed to provide a broad biblical, theological, and practical foundation for those men entering pastoral, missionary, or other Christian education ministries. The ultimate aim is to prepare servants of God to serve the Lord and his people. . The Course will be exempted from the biblical Languages Such as Hebrew and Greek.

Bachelor of Theology (B.Th)

The B.Th. degree is a 3 years course taught in English. The academic year starts in the beginning of June each year and is divided into two semesters of about 20 weeks (5months).

Qualification

A pass in Plus Two/ Two years Theological Education in English medium

Students must also pass the qualifying entrance exam

Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th)

The Dip.Th. degree is a 3 years course taught in English. The academic year starts in the beginning of June each year and is divided into two semesters of about 20 weeks (5months).

Qualification

A Failed in Plus Two/one year Theological Education in English medium

The failed candidates also will be admitted on conditions that they would pass the qualifying examination before his/her graduation from RTI. Otherwise, based on their performance, Diploma in Theology will be awarded

Students must also pass the qualifying entrance exam

Bachelor of Bible Studies (BBS)

The BBS degree is a 4 years course taught in Malayalam. It is for the development of local Brethren Church Believers

Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th)

The Dip.Th degree is a 3 years course taught in Malayalam. It is for the development of local Brethren Church Believers.

Administration And Faculty

RTI is currently administered by the RGO Trust, working with the Director, Principle, Faculty members and administrative staff

Mr. James Varghese (I.A.S.) is the Director; Dr. P.C. Abraham is the principal; Mr. Jiju Ninan Varghese is the Registrar. There are five residence faculty and many visiting faculty members, all working together with the one aim of enriching the RTI ministry and bringing Glory to God
